1.2 Welcome to MoonlightBinding.com these Terms and Conditions outline the regulations for the use of this website. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. If for any reason you disagree with the terms and conditions set forth below you must not use our website. 

1.3 Our website uses cookies, by using the website or agreeing to the terms and conditions you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our privacy and cookies policy.

2.1  MoonlightBinding is a small business located in North Carolina, United States of America. 

2.2 Contact us via the "Contact Me" section on our website or via e-mail correspondence at moonlightbinding@aol.com. 

2.3 When using our website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly via email correspondence using the information provided by you during inquiries or order placement. 

3. Our Products

3.1 Our products may vary slightly from their pictures; although we make every effort to produce the most accurate product photography we do not gaurantee the exact accuracy due to the nature of our handmade products. 

3.2 Additionally, product packaging may vary from that shown in images on our website. We strive to give each customer a unique experience and offer pictures of past packages to show examples of how we package our products. 

4. Risk and Ownership

4.1 You will be responsible for the product from the time we deliver the product to the address shipped. 

5. Payment and Prices

5.1 The prices for individual products are presented on each item page of our shop. We reserve the right to offer special prices and discount codes. 

5.2 It is always possible (despite our best efforts) that the price may inadvertently be incorrect. All orders will be reviewed prior to accepting, as such the accuracy of pricing will also be reviewed. If in any instance the product is inadvertently priced incorrectly we will contact you with instructions before accepting the order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is unmistakable this could result in a cancellation of the order with a full refund. 

5.3 Payment is required in full at the time of order. 

5.4 All payments are taken by our secured online payment processer provided by Godaddy.com where you must confirm that you are the registered credit/ debit card holder. 

5.5 We may periodically change the products available on our website and we do not guarantee the continual supply of any particular product. 

6. Shipping

6.1 Orders will be fulfilled Monday- Friday between 9am- 5pm. We aim to process your order within 24hrs of confirming your order.

6.2 Once an order has been placed you will receive an acknowledgement of the order confirmation. 

6.3 If we are unable to accept your order we will inform you as soon as possible with the contact information provided, and you will not be charged for the product. In the event you are charged and we are unable to accept the order, a refund will be issued timely. 

7. Delivery  

7.1 Our products will be delivered via our chosen courier or postal service to the premises specified on your order. 

7.2 It is important to supply us with accurate delivery instructions and details to ensure your product will be delivered on time and to the correct location. 

7.3 On rare occasions delivery may be affected by factors out of our control. We strive to maintain an excellent standard of service and will do our best to notify you of any shipping updates once we have been made aware. 

7.4 We will not be held liable for any delays in shipping due to inclement weather, covid- 19 restrictions, postal closures, strikes, or holidays. Furthermore, we will not be held liable if your package goes missing once it is delivered. 

7.5 If you do not receive your package due to items being considered lost in the post, we reserve the right to hold the refund up to 30 days to await confirmation from the postal carrier the package will not be successfully delivered. 

7.6 In the event your product arrives damages in transit please contact us immediately with your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged product. 

7.7 Delivery costs will be outlined at the time of checkout. 

8. Faulty Products

8.1 In the event your product is faulty we ask you notify us via e-mail within 30days with your contact information, order number and description of the issue so we may get in touch with you regarding a refund. 

9. Returns and Exchanges

9.1 Due to the nature of these products we do not currently accept returns. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your product please contact us directly with your name, order number, and description of what went wrong so we may work to resolve the issue.

9.2 Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time.

11.1 Our website contains hyperlinks to third party websites including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram. We do not assume control over these websites and accept no responsibility for them or any loss that may arise from your use of them. 

11. Use of Personal Information

11.1 Moonlightbinding strives to maintain the utmost care with customer information and the protection of our customers' data. 

11.2 In order for customers to be able to order, receive, or correspond with us we reserve the right to collect their personal details including (but not limited to) first name, last name, address, e-mail, phone number, and payment details. 

11.3 We will use your personal information to supply products to you and by placing your order you agree that your payment and contact information may be used by third parties to process your payment and execute your order. 

11.4 MoonlightBinding will reserve the right to disclose personal information to third parties where allowable by law. 

11.5 We will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from false, incorrect, or incomplete information provided to us.
